what we do
We generally hang out on the Xerox repeater, KE2MK/R, as it is one of the few repeaters we are able to work on 2M/440 from rubber duck antennas on HTs from inside Interlock. We also occasionally use the Harris repeater.
Xerox ARC Repeater
- Output: 145.29 (you listen on this frequency)
- Input: 144.69 (you transmit on this frequency) - negative offset
- Output: 444.825
- Input: 449.825 - positive offset
- No PL tone required for TX but recommend RX PL 110.9 if you have a lot of RFI
Harris Repeater
- Output: 444.400
- Input: 449.400 - positive offset
- TX PL 110.9
Interlock Simplex
- Frequency: 442.420 (no PL)
- Note: this frequency is outside the normal step for 70cm, so you make have to do something funky to get your radio to tune it (like change your step for 70cm to 5Hz)
