Reporting a Problem

It is important for any member or guest of Interlock to know where they can report a problem should they notice one. The de facto response in any situation is to send an email to the general mailing list (sign-up required). If a situation is potentially sensitive, or not for public consumption, an email can be sent to board@interlockroc.org, which will be delivered to the Board of Directors. A board member will respond and ensure the message is routed to the proper person(s). Issues with phone or network/Internet access should be reported via email to the Network Infrastructure Group at netadmin@interlockroc.org
